It’s been awhile!
The past couple of months has been busy in our house, but today the sun is shining and I can almost feel spring in the air! I am looking so forward to the upcoming season of weddings and portrait sessions!
If you are interested in booking a wedding with me this year I still have weekends available, but they are booking up fast! Email me or give me a call if you would like to discuss having me photograph your wedding this year!
Also, I am finally ready to begin offering birth photography! Last year I photographed the local production of BIRTH (photos can be seen on my etc. page) and while working with the cast of BIRTH I was blessed to be able to meet two of our local midwives, and many of the wonderful doulas that work with expectant moms in the area. I’d like to thank Jana Studelka for linking her clients to my site on her new website www.birthduluth.com! Besides birth photography I am also available for maternity and newborn sessions. This is the perfect time of year to get some new family photos taken! From now until November 30th I am going to be running a holiday special. This special will include the following:
~ A session at a location of your choice with 5-6 poses for up to five people*
~ 30 flat, 4×6 holiday cards of your choice
~ One 8×10 of your choice.

Holiday cards are available!
The holidays are almost here! If you are thinking about ordering photo cards this year I have multiple custom designs available for you to choose from. Clients who have scheduled a photo session with me will be able to view all of the designs that I have available, but below is a sneek peek at one of the custom designs! These cards are great because you will be able to add whatever text you want to your chosen card design too!
I also offer photo birth announcements and wedding thank-you cards. Other custom cards can be designed for you for a small fee. Please ask for details if you are interested!
It’s time for a fall session!
The air is crisp, the leaves are gorgeous, and that wonderful fall smell is in the air. It is the time for a fall photo session! Remember that prints are priced at 15% off until November 30th, 2008!

BIRTH and other updates
This past weekend I was so lucky to be able to spend the weekend photographing the local production of BIRTH and the Red Tent Events. It was a powerful weekend to say the least. The BIRTH actors were wonderful. Everyone I have spoken to who saw the play agreed that the play was so amazingly fabulous.
This is my favorite photograph from the weekend, taken on the opening night of BIRTH.
On another note, I am very excited to offer a 15% discount on ala carte prints until November 30, 2008 and I will also be offering a 10% discount on all portrait packages during this time!
